You will be responsible for ensuring the successful ongoing contractual relationship with customers as part of the NZ portfolio, tracking commercial performance, and working with the pre-sales teams to develop new business. You will ideally come from a telecommunications background and have a strong understanding of the NZ telco market.Â
We are looking for the following experience/skills;
- 5-10 years contract management or program scope management/control experience in complex contracts
- Expertise in scope management and KPI/SLA risk migration is desired
- Proven capability for commercially effective contract outcomes
- In depth understanding of negotiation and program management processes
- Strong business and negotiations acumen in international environment
- Experience communicating complex commercial issues at senior levels within customer
- Demonstrates a consistent understanding of how the organization delivers programs to commitment and manages to project cost
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Highly analytical and fact driven - ability to challenge assumptions
- Execution focused mind set - positive/can do attitude
