DR and Service Continuity Specialist wanted!

You'll be the expert on keeping things smooth even when the unexpected happens. Think of it as the go-to person for making sure things don't fall apart when things get crazy. You'll also be chatting with customers about their BCP program.
While you're super skilled and can handle things solo, you're also the kind who can team up with a bunch of different players to get things done.

And if you're the right fit, you'd also bring to the table:

• Being all about the customers and helping them reach their goals
• Some experience in things like BCP, ITSCM, or similar gigs
• Knowing your way around ITIL is a plus, and being certified is even better
• You're all about getting things done practically
• You've got the knack for figuring out how things could go wrong and how to fix them
• You know your stuff about IT systems, networks etc
• You're familiar with the rules and standards of keeping things running smooth even when things aren't so smooth
