Our Client is seeking a seasoned BSS/OSS Consultant with a strong telecommunications background. The successful candidate will bring deep domain expertise in telecom environments, particularly around customer data management, service management information, and the relationship between network layers and BSS components.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse and assess the existing BSS/OSS architecture across a broad set of applications.
• Identify redundancies, inefficiencies, and areas for performance improvement.
• Design and propose a streamlined, scalable, and future-proof architecture.
• Ensure improved data integrity, performance, and scalability.
• Provide insights on aligning systems and processes with best practices in telecom service management.

 
Key Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience working with BSS and OSS systems in a telecommunications environment.
• Strong understanding of telecom network architecture and the integration between network and business systems.
• Experience with customer and service management information systems.
