About the Role
Our Client is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join an exciting cloud migration initiative. This strategic program focuses on transitioning critical applications from on-premise infrastructure to a cutting-edge cloud environment. You will play a key role in shaping future state platforms and processes, ensuring seamless migration and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design future state platforms and applications.
• Develop and document future state business processes to align with cloud-based environments.
• Gather, analyze, and validate business requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Support the technical team by facilitating design review sessions and incorporating stakeholder feedback.
• Orchestrate comprehensive end-to-end testing, including security validations and readiness assessments.
• Lead user acceptance testing, including planning, training, and preparing support materials.
• Contribute to the creation of operational documentation, including Service Management Plans and Runbooks.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Proficiency in tools such as Visio, Jira, and Confluence.
• Experience in cloud migration projects, preferably within the Azure environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to navigate complex business processes and ensure compliance with security standards.
• A collaborative mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
