What You’ll Do:
🔹 Technical Strategy
- Define and lead the engineering strategy across platforms, driving standardization of tools and frameworks.
- Support enterprise-level architecture decisions to ensure scalability, maintainability, and long-term efficiency.
- Collaborate with senior leaders, product teams, and architects to align engineering practices with business objectives.
- Stay ahead of emerging technologies and identify opportunities to enhance the technical landscape.
- Implement and refine Agile, DevOps, and continuous delivery practices to enhance efficiency and quality.
- Drive accountability for engineering KPIs, ensuring high performance across platforms.
- Develop and oversee robust systems for incident management, reliability engineering, and performance monitoring.
- Foster automation to optimize operations and reduce overhead.
- Act as a key advisor to senior leadership, influencing strategic technology decisions.
- Partner with enterprise architecture teams to ensure alignment with broader business goals.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors and partners, to shape technology direction.
- Translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly insights for key stakeholders.
