We are looking for an experienced Principal/Lead to take on a critical role in designing, developing, and testing software systems. This role requires strong analytical and programming skills and involves assisting with the technical direction of projects while ensuring high-quality deliverables aligned with our clients' standards. You will be managing a team of 6-10 developers primarily focused around Java Springboot. 
The ideal candidate will not only contribute to software development but also mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership within projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analysis & Design:
  
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of project and software requirements for complex work packages.
  • Develop software designs in line with designated standards of methodology, style, and quality.
• Software Development:
  
  • Code, test, and maintain software components as per project needs and company standards.
  • Contribute to and promote company coding and design standards.
• Technical Support:
  
  • Perform unit testing and other technical tasks to ensure quality control.
  • Assist in integration planning and software build definitions.
• Leadership & Mentoring:
  
  • Supervise and guide Software Engineers in their tasks.
  • Act as a technology authority for short- and long-term planning, making recommendations on technical policies.
• Innovation & Strategy:
  
  • Assist in preparing project proposals.
  • Identify opportunities for patenting innovative designs.
