We're looking for a Product Owner to be responsible for setting the roadmap and vision for our Third Party Risk Management solution. You will liaise with and work alongside Business SME's to ensure that the Product Backlog is defined as well as demonstrate the configured functionality to Pillar SMEs at the end of each Sprint.
 
We need someone to:
·         Represent the stakeholders and be the voice of the customer 
·         Lead with strong strategic thinking and decision making
·         Accountable to business for ensuring that the delivery team delivers value to the business
·         Establish strong relationships with the stakeholders and update them appropriately on product vision, strategy, releases, and roadmaps
·         Defines and communicates items that are in the product backlog
·         Owner of the product backlog 


 
About you:
·         Proven experience setting product vision and strategy in an outcome-centric environment
·         Proven experience using prioritisation models.  Can relay several different prioritisation models, when to use which and why
·         Proven experience using a range of metrics to monitor the success and health of products and services
·         A solid track record of addressing customer needs
·         Proven experience leading and building high-performing product teams, fostering an open and collaborative environment
·         Risks related projects experience is a plus!
