Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with diverse teams to grasp business needs and transform them into effective solutions on the Salesforce platform.
- Develop and test solutions, ensuring adherence to Salesforce standards and maximizing use of standard features.
- Partner with the Lead Developer to devise cohesive solutions.
- Integrate Salesforce with various services as required.
- Coordinate with the Release Train Engineer for smooth solution deployment.
Qualifications:
- At least 4 years of Salesforce Developer experience.
- Proficiency in building APIs and integrating with other systems.
- Ability to model data entities and create business process flows.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
- Excellent communication and collaboration aptitude.
Preferred Skills:
- 6 to 7 years of backend Salesforce development experience.
- Passion for crafting efficient and high-performing solutions.
