We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Advisor / Specialist with a diverse skillset to join our client's team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing their procurement practices, supporting complex procurement related to the ISSP, and elevating overall procurement capability and maturity within the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enhance the Contract Register to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Draft procurement plans and RFx documentation.
• Negotiate contractual and commercial terms.
• Update the Procurement Policy and associated procedures to align with industry best practices.
• Upskill staff in procurement practices through training and development initiatives.
• Develop templates and provide guidance on procurement best practices.

Qualifications:

• Significant experience in procurement, preferably in a senior advisory role.
• Strong understanding of contract management principles and procurement processes.
• Demonstrated ability to negotiate contractual and commercial terms effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with complex procurement related to the ISSP is highly desirable.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CIPS) are a plus.
