In this role, you’ll leverage data-driven insights to guide product decisions, work collaboratively with stakeholders, and advocate for our customers' needs. 


Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Product Practice Lead and Head of Product to build a robust product portfolio aligned with business objectives.
• Own your team’s product backlog, focusing on pragmatic delivery strategies that provide value to both internal and external customers.
• Engage with customers to conduct research and ensure your team has the necessary insights to develop high-value solutions.
• Capture and articulate the voice of the customer in all initiatives, establishing clear acceptance criteria.
• Work closely with stakeholders to define and prioritize product requirements.
• Monitor and measure the success of product initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Execute Go-To-Market strategies to successfully launch and promote initiatives.
• Foster a culture of Agile practices, ownership, and continuous improvement.

Key Capabilities:

• Ability to work collaboratively in an Agile environment.

• Provide and receive constructive feedback to drive optimal solutions.

Skills and Experience:

• 5+ years of commercial experience in Product Management, with a proven track record of successful outcomes, preferably in a B2B setting.
• Strong expertise in Agile software delivery methodologies.
• Experience in planning and executing product and Go-To-Market strategies.
• Proficient in conducting product research and making data-driven decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
