Our client, Novabridge is an independent, Australasian owned consulting company that leverages the ServiceNow platform for both private and public sector customers.

‍Their mission is to design, develop, deploy, and support ServiceNow solutions that unlock the platform’s full potential benefits for their clients’ businesses, hence they need an excellent ServiceNow Technical Consultant to join their team.

What you’ll do | Mō te tūranga
  • Lead the development and implementation of ServiceNow solutions.
  • Customise core platform features such as forms, lists, and UI components.
  • Implement ServiceNow modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Asset, Knowledge, and Service Catalog, aligning them with industry best practices.
  • Design and develop integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs, JDBC, and integration hub technologies.
  • Automate business processes using Flow Designer, Workflow Editor, and Orchestration.
What you’ll bring | Nōu te rourou 
  • 3-7+ years of experience as a Senior or Lead ServiceNow Developer.
  • Proven track record in developing and configuring ServiceNow applications across multiple modules, such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, or ITBM.
  • Experience with designing and implementing complex workflows, automation scripts, and integrations within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML, CSS, and related web technologies.
  • Experience with REST, SOAP, LDAP, SSO, and other integration methods and standards.
  • Deep knowledge of the ServiceNow data model and common ServiceNow applications, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Catalog..
 
Qualifications:
 
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) is required.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) is required.
