We are seeking an experienced Test Lead/Manager to oversee the testing lifecycle of our client's software development projects. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of their products by leading testing strategies, managing teams, and fostering a culture of quality assurance across projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define, implement, and manage the testing strategy, processes, and frameworks to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Lead and mentor a team of testers, including allocating tasks, tracking progress, and ensuring effective communication.
• Collaborate with project managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver test plans.
• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, cases, and scripts (manual and automated).
• Drive defect management, including defect identification, documentation, and resolution tracking.
• Monitor and report on testing progress, quality metrics, and risk assessments.
• Advocate for quality assurance best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience as a Test Lead or Test Manager in a software development environment.
• Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Proficiency in both manual and automated testing techniques.
• Experience with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail) and automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or other software development methodologies.
