Our client, a leading New Zealand brand, is seeking a Transition Lead to deliver outsourced services.

Key Responsibilities:

• You will be expected to support the transformation and resolve any issues in the operational relationship between the client and the vendor.
• You will be able to demonstrate transition management to a global vendor with multiple overseas locations.
• Along with understanding the cultural elements of this type of transition and the phasing across of activities into a BAU state.
• You will need to show significant transitions of multi-million dollar outsourcing agreements in the past.
